DJ Abu Sinna & Qabila Project collaboratively present

NASHWA
Saturday, November 7, 2026
7-11pm

Nashwa is a queer and trans SWANA led event based in Los Angeles that started by DJ Abu Sinna in 2024 with the intention of celebrating pleasure as a form of activism. It is a space & time for the global majority to experience joy as a collective; sonically, somatically, and spiritually, on the dance floor.

A variety of talents are curated from all backgrounds with one line through, what does pleasure mean to them. Each artist is open to interpret and express ‘pleasure’ however they so choose.

Featuring performances by
The Qabila Dance Co
Blaque Tea
Aubre Hill

Sounds by Abu Sinna
